Shamrock Dynamics Easy Mix Mortar is a pre-blended, dry sand and cement mortar for bricklaying, pointing, patching and general masonry repairs. Add clean water and mix to a workable consistency before use. It is suitable for appropriate indoor and outdoor projects.

Each bag contains 20 kg of dry mortar. Select the total quantity needed for your project:

Mixing and application

For mechanical mixing, empty the mortar into a clean mixer and blend until uniform. Add clean water gradually while mixing until the mortar reaches a workable consistency.

For hand mixing, empty the mortar onto a clean, flat, moisture-resistant surface, such as a mortar tray. Add clean water gradually and mix thoroughly. Avoid adding too much water, as this can reduce the strength of the finished mix.

Use the prepared mortar within 30 minutes of adding water. Do not add bricklaying additives; the product already contains an air-entraining additive. Use mains water or water that conforms to BS EN 1008.

Follow the instructions and safety information on the packaging. Store unopened bags in a dry place.

Pack sizes and estimated coverage

Each bag contains 20 kg of dry, pre-blended mortar. Based on an estimated 13 litres of mixed mortar per bag, the quantities below are approximate.

Coverage is a volume calculation, not a bricklaying or paving coverage guarantee. The area column assumes an even 10 mm thick layer. Actual use depends on joint dimensions, brick or paving size, surface condition, mixing and waste. Add water according to the product instructions.
