These terms apply when you use the Shamrock Dynamics website or buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Ali Asghar, trading as Aason Services (registered business name, Companies Registration Office Ireland, no. 782554), under the brand Shamrock Dynamics.

2. Using our website

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to access it without permission, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

3. Products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colour and texture of natural materials such as sand can vary slightly between batches. Quantity and coverage figures, including those from our bag calculator, are estimates only. Always follow the instructions and safety information on the bag.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include delivery to UK addresses.
Payment is taken at checkout by the methods shown there. Your payment details are handled securely by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Your order and our contract

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or we cannot deliver to your address; if so we will refund you in full.

6. Delivery

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery, and ownership passes once we have received full payment.

7. Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

Your right to cancel and our returns process are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy. If you are a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to goods that are faulty or not as described. These terms do not affect those rights.

8. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for loss of profit, business or revenue if you buy as a business, or for loss caused by misuse or not following the product instructions. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or where the law does not allow us to limit it.

9. Complaints

If you are unhappy, please use our complaints form or email aasonservices@gmail.com. We aim to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. If you are a consumer living in the UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the part of the UK where you live, and you may bring legal proceedings in the courts there.
