Refund & Returns Policy

This policy applies to orders placed on the Shamrock Dynamics website, operated by Aason Services (sole trader, Ireland; CRO business name no. 782554), trading as Shamrock Dynamics. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changed your mind? 14-day right to cancel

If you are a consumer, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day after you receive your goods.

  1. Tell us you want to cancel by emailing aasonservices@gmail.com with your name and order number. A clear written statement is enough.
  2. Return the goods within 14 days of telling us. Please contact us first and we will give you the returns address.
  3. Return costs: you are responsible for the cost of returning goods you no longer want. Our bags are heavy, so please use a tracked service.
  4. Condition: please return items unused and in their original bags where possible. You may handle goods only as you would in a shop. If goods are opened, used or damaged beyond this, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incomplete or is not what you ordered, please tell us within 48 hours of delivery where possible, with photos of the item and packaging. This helps us resolve it quickly with our courier. It does not limit your legal rights.

  • Use our complaints form or email aasonservices@gmail.com with your order number.
  • We will offer a replacement or a full refund, your choice where the law allows.
  • We cover all costs of collecting or replacing damaged, faulty or incorrect items.
  • Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have 30 days to reject faulty goods for a full refund, and longer-term rights to a repair, replacement or refund after that.

Refunds

  • We refund to your original payment method.
  • Change-of-mind refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of you showing proof of return, whichever is sooner.
  • Refunds for faulty or incorrect goods are made within 14 days of us agreeing a refund is due.
  • Delivery is free, so there is no delivery charge to refund.
