Delivery is free on every order to addresses in the United Kingdom, with no minimum spend.
Where we deliver
We deliver across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We do not currently ship outside the UK.
Order cut-off and delivery
Order before 3 pm, Monday to Friday, for next working day delivery across the UK. Orders placed after 3 pm or on Saturday are processed on the next working day. UK bank holidays and courier delays may affect delivery.
Orders are dispatched from our Manchester warehouse. You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched. If an unexpected courier delay affects your order, we will keep you informed.
Heavy and bulk orders
Most products come in 20 kg bags. Multi-bag orders may arrive separately or on a pallet for large orders. Please make sure there is safe access and someone is available to receive heavy items.
