Business policies

Clear terms before
commercial commitment.

These policies explain how our quotation-led wholesale service works. Product-specific quotation or invoice terms take priority where they clearly differ.

01

Wholesale terms

Quotation and acceptance

Prices are provided by written quotation because quantity, pack configuration, availability and delivery affect the total. A quotation is not an order confirmation until we accept the order in writing and any required payment has cleared.

Minimum orders

Minimum quantities vary by product. They will be stated in the quotation or confirmed before acceptance. We may consider mixed cartons or pallets when the relevant stock and supplier arrangements allow.

Prices and tax

Quotations state the currency, whether delivery is included and the applicable tax treatment. Buyers are responsible for providing correct business and tax information.

Payment

Payment terms are confirmed per order. New customers may be required to pay before dispatch. Goods remain our property until cleared payment is received in full.

Availability

Stock is subject to prior sale and supplier availability. If an accepted line becomes unavailable, we will contact the buyer before substituting, delaying or cancelling that line.

02

Delivery & returns

Delivery method

We select or agree a parcel, heavy-parcel or pallet service appropriate to the goods. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Address and access

The buyer must provide a complete delivery address and disclose access restrictions. Pallet delivery is normally kerbside unless another service is agreed. Redelivery or storage costs caused by incorrect information or failed access may be charged to the buyer.

Inspection and damage

Goods should be checked promptly on arrival. Visible damage or shortage should be recorded with the carrier where possible and reported with photographs, quantities and order details within two business days.

Business returns

Wholesale and business purchases do not carry consumer cancellation rights. Returns require written authorisation and may be refused for opened, used, customised, perishable or food products unless faulty or incorrectly supplied. Approved change-of-mind returns may be subject to return carriage and a reasonable restocking deduction.

Returns address

Do not send goods to the registered office or Manchester fulfilment location without written return instructions. Unauthorised returns may be refused.

Privacy

Information we use

When you contact us, we use the business and contact information you provide to respond, prepare quotations, process orders, manage delivery and meet legal accounting or compliance obligations.

Website enquiry form

The current enquiry form prepares a message in your own email application. The website does not store the form contents in a website database.

Sharing

Where necessary, relevant order details may be shared with suppliers, fulfilment partners, carriers, payment providers, professional advisers or authorities. We do not sell enquiry contact information.

Retention and rights

We retain business records for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, contract and legal obligations. To request access, correction or deletion where applicable, email aasonconsortium@gmail.com.

04

Product information

Descriptions

Website descriptions are commercial overviews, not final technical specifications. Current photographs, variants, pack formats, weights and documentation are confirmed for the quoted line.

Third-party brands

Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Reference to a marketplace or sales channel describes intended commercial use and does not imply endorsement by that marketplace.

Building materials

Buyers must review the current manufacturer data, safety information and stated intended use before resale or use.

Food and herbal products

Product names and ingredient descriptions do not constitute medical advice or a claim to prevent, treat or cure disease. Buyers must verify final ingredient, allergen, nutrition, language and destination-market labelling requirements before resale.
